Where to list B2B software for reviews: 48 review sites
B2B software review sites are where buyers read what other customers say before they shortlist a product. A vendor profile on its own does little; the value comes from a steady flow of honest reviews from real customers, which also decides where you appear in the site’s category rankings. Most sites let you create a free profile and sell paid options such as lead generation, extra profile features or placement in comparison pages. Treat those as experiments you measure. Review sites check new reviews for authenticity and remove ones that look solicited in bulk or written by the vendor, so ask customers individually and don’t offer rewards unless the site’s rules allow it. Profiles should be complete: pricing, integrations, deployment, company size served and screenshots all feed the site’s filters.

How many reviews do I need on a software review site?
There is no fixed number, but category rankings on most sites weigh how many reviews you have and how recent they are. A steady trickle from real customers is better than a burst followed by silence.
Can I offer customers a reward for leaving a review?
Only if the site’s rules allow it, and only for honest reviews whatever the rating. Some review sites run their own incentive programmes; check their guidelines before offering anything yourself.
Should I respond to negative reviews?
