Launch badge
A badge if you want one. Never a condition.
Some launch sites only keep your link followed while their badge sits on your homepage. We don’t. Your product page links to your site the moment it’s approved, and it stays that way. The badge is here for makers who like showing where they launched.
Example: the live badge for Versely, our own product.
Questions
Do I need the badge for a followed link?
Yes, for launches submitted from November 3, 2026, on every plan. We look for the badge (or any link to your LaunchRanked page) on your site’s homepage when your launch is approved and every week after. While it’s there, your product page links to you with a followed link; if it’s missing two weeks in a row, the link goes back to nofollow until you add it again. Launches submitted before then keep their followed link either way.
What does the badge show?
“Launched on LaunchRanked” and your current upvote count. The count refreshes about once an hour. Before your listing is approved, the badge shows without a count. If your launch finishes its week in the top 3, the same badge turns into a winner badge (“#1 of the week”, with a gold, silver or bronze medal) once the week is over. You don’t need to change your embed code.
Where do I find my slug?
It is the last part of your product page URL: launchranked.com/products/your-slug. It is also on the confirmation page after you submit.
Can I use the dark version?
Yes. Add ?theme=dark to the image URL, or pick Dark above and copy the code.
