Terms of service

These terms apply to launchranked.com and the services offered on it, run by LaunchRanked (operated by Piyush Aaryan, “we”). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions: hello@launchranked.com.

1. Launching a product

• You must own the product you submit or be authorized to submit it, and the information you give must be accurate.
• Every submission is reviewed by a person. Approved listings get a public product page and a followed link to your website. We never require a badge or a link back for that link.
• You give us permission to display the name, logo, description, screenshots and other material you submit, on our site and in our launch emails and social posts about your launch. You keep ownership of it.
• Upvotes must be genuine. Don’t use bots, vote rings or incentives to vote. We de-duplicate votes and may remove votes or listings that break this rule.

2. Moderation

We may decline, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are spam, misleading, unsafe, illegal, infringe someone else’s rights, or point to sites that don’t work. We may also change a listing’s link attributes if the destination changes to something that breaks these rules. If we remove a paid listing for breaking these terms, the fee isn’t refundable.

3. Paid services

• Prices. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. Launch plans (Boost, Featured) and directory submission are one-time payments. Subscriptions such as Autopilot and Done-for-you are billed as described when you sign up.
• Directory submission. We guarantee that we will submit your product to the number of directories in your plan and send you a report. We don’t guarantee acceptance: each directory makes its own decisions and timing, and some change their rules or link attributes.
• Early access. Some services are offered as early access or by application. Joining a waitlist doesn’t create an obligation for either side until we both confirm an order.

4. Refunds

• Launch plans (Boost, Featured) are refundable if you ask before your launch week starts. Once your launch week has begun, they’re not refundable.
• Directory submission is non-refundable once work has started, because submissions can’t be taken back. If we haven’t started, you can cancel for a full refund.
• To ask for a refund, email hello@launchranked.com from the address you used to order.

5. No ranking guarantees

Search engines and AI assistants decide what they index, rank and cite. We explain the mechanisms we use and share real results from our own product, but we don’t guarantee any ranking, traffic, indexing, citation, domain rating or revenue outcome, and no one honestly can. Past results, including our Versely case study, don’t predict yours.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at a volume that harms the service, overload our free tools, submit malware or illegal content, or use the tools to probe sites you don’t have permission to check.

7. Our content

The site’s design, text and code are ours. You’re welcome to quote and link to our articles with attribution. Output from our free tools is yours to use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t apply retroactively to orders you’ve already paid for.
