Where to submit a startup in Asia: 15 directories
Asia is not one startup market but many, and its directories reflect that. There are a few regional and Asia-Pacific databases read by investors who scout across borders, and many more country directories: government startup registries, local ecosystem databases, software review sites in the local language and maker communities with their own launch boards. Country directories usually list only companies registered or based there, and several publish in Japanese, Korean, Bahasa or other local languages, so check eligibility and language before you start a form. Their audiences differ too: a government registry is read by programmes and investors, a local software review site by buyers, a maker community by early adopters. Pick directories in the countries where you have customers or a team, and keep company details identical across all of them.
