  2. Have your assets ready

    Name, tagline, description, logo and screenshots. The checklist below covers what to prepare so you can fill the form in one go.

  3. Fill in the form carefully

    Pick the most specific category the form offers and write the description for the people who browse AgentsIndex (People evaluating AI agents, frameworks and model providers, plus AI answer engines crawling the index), not for search engines.

  4. Wait for review

    A person reviews submissions, so it can take a while. Once it’s live, check the link on your listing points to the right page.

Tips for AgentsIndex

  • Only AI-native products are accepted; SaaS with a bolted-on AI feature, courses and other directories are rejected at the scope check.
  • The free listing needs just a name and URL and no card, so submit first and decide on an upgrade later.
  • The $15 Certified tier is the cheapest way to get the do-follow link without adding their badge to your site.

What to prepare

The basics every directory asks for, plus what matters most for AI tool directories.

  • Product name and a one-line tagline (about 60 characters)
  • A short description (1–2 sentences) and a longer one (a short paragraph)
  • Square logo, at least 256×256 px, PNG or SVG
  • 2–3 screenshots at a consistent size
  • The exact page you want the link to point to
  • Pricing model (free, freemium or paid) and a contact email
  • The main task your AI does, in one plain sentence (e.g. “turns podcasts into short clips”)
  • Your pricing tiers, and whether there is a free plan or free trial
  • Which models or providers you use, if you say so publicly
  • 2–3 concrete use cases, each one sentence
