RankPill alternative: LaunchRanked vs RankPill
RankPill (rankpill.com) is an AI SEO autopilot in the same mould as Outrank: 30 articles a month of 3,000+ words, auto-published to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer or via webhooks. At the time of writing (September 2026), it's $99/mo or $990/yr. Its site also lists a backlink exchange program and Reddit marketing, and marks AI visibility tracking as coming soon.
Our research also found backlink add-on tiers (Backlinks Plus $249, Max $799). Autopilot takes the other road: no links at all, and more work on the pages you already have.

Where we differ
Longer isn't the goal
RankPill's articles are 3,000+ words. Ours are sized to the query. On Versely, what moved clicks was matching intent and fixing titles on pages already ranking, not word count.
No exchange program
RankPill lists a backlink exchange program. Google's spam policies name excessive link exchanges as link spam. Autopilot has no link component.
AI tracking today vs coming soon
RankPill lists AI visibility as coming soon. It's part of Autopilot from day one. To be fair, Autopilot itself is still in early access.
When to pick RankPill instead
- You want long-form articles running this week.
- You publish in many languages.
- You want Reddit marketing in the same tool.
