Ray is an AI video generator from Luma AI that runs in the browser. Creators, marketers and storytellers can upload source footage, describe scenes with text prompts, add up to 16 keyframes, or re-frame clips to different aspect ratios. Ray 3.2 supports text-to-video, image-to-video, video editing and video reframing. Output includes native 1080p HDR and 16-bit EXR files intended for VFX pipelines. It integrates with Adobe, Freepik, Envato and other creative suites. The tool is aimed at ads, social content, concept visualisation and large-volume content production, offering a way to make video variants without a full production shoot.
