# Task: a pre-launch SEO audit with a prioritised fix list

Don't change any code in this task until I pick fixes. First read the codebase and its config, then audit.

## What to check
1. Indexing: robots.txt, robots meta and X-Robots-Tag (any noindex left from staging?), canonicals, status codes, redirects (http, www, trailing slash), the 404 page, and the sitemap.
2. Rendering: is each page's main content in the server HTML, or does it need JavaScript?
3. Metadata: title, meta description, one H1 per page, html lang, viewport.
4. Sharing: Open Graph and X cards with a 1200×630 image.
5. Structured data: Organization and WebSite on the homepage, and the right types on other pages.
6. Speed risks: unoptimised or unsized images, render-blocking scripts and fonts, large JavaScript bundles, layout shift, missing caching headers.
7. Mobile and accessibility basics: tap targets, alt text on meaningful images, form labels, color contrast on main text.
8. Links: broken internal links, orphan pages nothing links to, and important pages deeper than three clicks from the homepage.
9. Launch basics: analytics installed once, a privacy page and terms, a contact route, a favicon and app icons, HTTPS everywhere.

## Output
A table sorted by priority, then effort:
- P0: blocks indexing or the launch.
- P1: costs traffic or sign-ups.
- P2: polish.
For each issue: what's wrong, where (file and line, or URL), why it matters in one sentence, the fix, and the effort (minutes or hours). Then ask me which ones to fix, and do them one at a time.

- Plan first. Read the codebase, then show me the plan (what you found, every file you'll add or change, and anything you need me to decide). Wait for my OK before you write code.
- Work with the stack this repo already uses. Don't add a dependency unless there's no reasonable way without it, and ask me first.
